Traditional PT Isn't Working for Your Goals
You’re an athlete or active individual who refuses to settle for a life limited by pain. But the system is failing you.
You're Passed to Assistants
15-minute sessions with aides who follow cookie-cutter protocols. You barely see the actual PT, and your specific needs get lost in the shuffle.
Band-Aids, Not Solutions
Treatments focus on symptoms, not root causes. You feel better temporarily, but the pain keeps coming back because nothing truly changed.
Your Sport Feels Out of Reach
You're stuck doing generic exercises that don't prepare you for your actual activities. The gap between rehab and performance feels impossible to bridge.

Your Questions Answered
Everything you need to know about getting started
Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?
No. California has direct access laws, which means you can see a physical therapist without a physician referral. You can contact us directly and schedule your initial evaluation. If your condition requires medical imaging or physician consultation, we’ll coordinate that for you.
Do you accept insurance?
We operate on a concierge model to provide the highest quality of care. This allows us to spend a full hour with you one-on-one, rather than the 15-20 minutes typical of insurance-based clinics. We provide transparent pricing upfront—no surprise bills months later. Many clients find the investment worthwhile given the superior outcomes and personalized attention.
What makes concierge PT different from traditional physical therapy?
Traditional insurance-based PT typically involves 15-minute sessions, often with aides or assistants handling much of your treatment. Our concierge model means you get Dr. Isaac’s full attention for an entire hour, every single visit. No rushing, no cookie-cutter protocols, and no being passed off to less-trained staff. You receive expert, hands-on care from a dual board-certified specialist from start to finish.
How long are appointments?
Every appointment is a full hour of one-on-one time with Dr. Isaac. This allows for comprehensive manual therapy, targeted exercise prescription, movement coaching, and education—all in a single session. Quality over quantity is our philosophy.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes, we offer mobile PT and home visits throughout Torrance and the South Bay area. This is ideal for post-surgical patients, busy professionals, or anyone who prefers the convenience of treatment at home or their gym. Contact us to discuss mobile visit availability.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your initial evaluation is a comprehensive 60-minute session. We’ll discuss your injury history, goals, and what you’ve tried before. Dr. Isaac will perform a detailed physical examination, movement analysis, and may use advanced testing like force plate analysis or running gait assessment. You’ll leave with a clear diagnosis, treatment plan, and often feel immediate improvement from hands-on techniques performed during the visit.
